Furthermore, if you don’t have the possibility to move, if you cannot follow a collective seminar because your schedule is too booked, or if you wish a personal coaching, I also propose more flexible on-line sessions, individual or in small groups.

in emotions

I have discovered that emotions embed wisdom! Therefore, we can try to move the cursor and discern the wise aspect of a negative emotion. Likewise, to each state of negative emotion correspond and antidote! We no longer have to suffer but we can step by step liberate ourselves from the chains of our habitual emotions.

For two years, we have proposed a curriculum in emotional intelligence development thanks to the practice of mindfulness.

  • Level 1 – “Live your emotions”
    (in 3 days or 6 evenings)
    During this seminar, discover the origin of emotions and cognitive and behavioral mechanisms that inhibit our ability to be completely mindfully present to what we live when we get kidnapped by our emotions. With concrete mindfulness and contemporary psychology exercises, you will gain a better understanding of your defense mechanisms and to disengage from conflictual repetitive schemes that generate ill-being and stress.
  • Level 2 – “Discover the wisdom in emotions”
    (in 3 days or 6 evenings)
    This seminar develops and deepens level 1 seminar. In this session, you will better understand your repetitive emotional themes as well your fears and resistance and how to liberate yourself from them. With concrete mindfulness and contemporary psychology exercises, you will learn how to recognize the origins of your tendencies and how to reconnect with your basic fundamental goodness and the wisdom of your emotions.
  • Personal coaching

    (discovery or seminar support)
    Those 2 seminars can be followed in personal coaching, through 10 sessions of 1h30, or in a bespoke manner as a support after having followed one or the two seminars.

Many people see no link between philosophy and practice. Yet, philosophy has always provided us tools to help us live a life. When Socrates debates on important questions or Laozi writes his advices on how to follow the way with no harm, they wished that their ideas would serve their fellows. Originally, philosophy was a way of life and not a scholar discipline.

Individual coaching is a therapy for who is sane. Modern psychology and psychiatry can have a tendency to medicalize people’s problems, yet it is normal to encounter difficulties. Emotional difficulties are not necessarily a sign of illness. Those who look for a way to digest a world that gets every day more complex do not need to bear the stigma of an illness, when, in reality, they only look for a way to build a more meaningful life. It is possible to rely on philosophy when facing moral problems, professional conflicts, or when we have difficulties to balance our actions with our values, when heart and reason quarrel.
